Matthew 5:13

“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.”

In Jesus’ day, salt was necessary for many things.  Flavoring, preserving, sacrificing, destroying, and fertilizing.  Today look to flavor the world with His grace, preserve the goodness around you, sacrifice yourself in obedience, destroy the works of the devil in and around you, and fertilize spiritual growth in others.  Stay salty friends.
