Isaiah 2:8

Isaiah 2:8 Their land is filled with idols; they worship the work of their hands, to what their own fingers have made.

If this doesn’t convict you, then read it again.  We are so prone to be busy as bees and give all of our attention to the work of our hands.  This is idolatry.  Today, let work be work and give your affection, your heart, and the first fruits of your energy and time to God who alone is worthy of it.
